Eric Ludwig is an experienced trial lawyer and certified privacy professional with an extensive background in intellectual property, business litigation, privacy, data security, and technology matters. He represents clients in complicated, high-value patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, employment law, privacy, cyber security, and business dispute cases in California courts as well as in federal courts throughout the United States.

Robert Pribish is primarily a civil litigator whose practice has spanned complex class actions, business disputes, construction and construction defect disputes, insurance disputes, and intellectual property disputes. He has litigated a variety of cases including claims for unfair competition, false advertising, professional negligence, insurance contribution, defective products, breach of contract, design patent infringement, misrepresentation, and fraud.

Andy Kubik has been litigating complex, class action cases since 2006. His cases have involved some of the largest corporations in the world, including claims for false advertising, shareholder rights, securities fraud, violations of antitrust laws, unfair competition, defective products, privacy, and international telecommunications fraud.

John Giust, an electrical engineer and USPTO practitioner, has over 25 years of legal experience in intellectual property, federal litigation, and corporate transactions. He has served as lead trial counsel in major cases, argued appeals in top U.S. courts, and represented technology companies in patent disputes as both Plaintiff and Defendant.

Jennifer Butner is a Certified Paralegal (CP®) with more than 12 years of professional paralegal and legal operations experience. Most of Jennifer’s career has been with Qualcomm’s Corporate Legal and Intellectual Property departments, with a focus on e-discovery and patent prosecution.

Paul June is a branding and business development expert with more than 20 years of experience in branding, product development, and digital media. He brings a global perspective and a track record of success in strategic and tactical marketing to the Ludwig APC team, where he helps grow market share and deliver positive return on investment.

Dina Daglas is an experienced marketer with expertise in digital, print, and social media channels.
